He kept his arm around her as she snuggled into him a little bit. When they reached her tent he sat beside her to make sure she was okay. He looked at her. "How bout we have a story time" he said to her. "What would ya like to know?" he asked her with a smile. "Ask me anything...I promise it shall be interesting" he said with a laugh. His life was far from normal.

Skinner chuckled softly at his suggestion of a story, and she shrugged lightly, grasping a dry tank and a dry pair of sweatpants. She turned toward the back of the tent, smiling a bit and looking over her shoulder. "No peeking." She pulled off her shirt and pulled on the tank top, shrugging lightly afterwards.
"I don't mind. And whatever you want to tell is fine with me," she said softly, pulling on the sweatpants. "And I keep getting the feeling you still think this is all your fault."

"Well it is sweetheart" he said to her. "I dragged you into that jungle.." he said. He looked at her "I thought I saw this guy...a guy I met Sydney...he was about 4years older than me, really great guy...good kisser." he said to her. "Well we'd been hanging out and I told him about Mitch and how I wanted to leave him...he offered me a plane ticket to leave to go somewhere...China, India, US, france, anywhere I wanted to go" he said. "Then Mitch found out..."
He looked at her. "So Mitch being the powerful bastard he was sent his men to kill him...naturally this freaked me out and I ran...got on the first plane and look where I ended up" he laughed

Skinner sighed and turned around, sitting close to Chris in the space of her tent. She listened to his story and sighed softly, realizing just how twisted other people's lives were as well. She laughed though at one thing he said, shaking her head. "Great kisser huh? Too bad he's not straight." She shook her head but smiled, hoping to lighten the mood.
She wasn't in particular form to be sad that day, and she didn't want to make Chris uncomfortable either.

"Okay that was a bad story" she said to him. He looked at her and sighed "I'm such a debby downer!" she said to him with a laugh. "Okay lets play a game...I spy...I spy with my little eye the color...blue" she said to him. He looked at her knowing how much of a little kid he sounded liek right now. He looked at her and smiled. He had picked out a blue blanket sitting nearby on a log.

"The Ocean!" she exclaimed in a child like fashion, laughing as she did. "The sky...that blue balnket..." She trailed off laughing a little harder before settling against her makeshift cushion.
"And if it is none of those, I'm at a loss," she added, shaking her head. She enjoyed the childish games at times, it made the island life seem like a far away concern, even if just for a little while. And it aided against her anxiety, like always. Though she couldn't help but still wonder what that thing was that had attacked them.

He made a sad pouty face. "Man...it was the blanket" he said to her ticking her neck a little to find out if she was ticklish. Chris was very ticklish but wasn't going to tell her that...it'd be a weakness for him. He remembered all the guys who'd tickled him a lot. Girls did it too and he always laughed and moved uncontrobably.

Skinner squirmed a little bit when he tickled her neck. She wasn't really ticklish there, but there were other places by far. Which reminded her.....Erik never tickled her. Ever. Seh glared at Chris, but a smile broke through it."Oh...no you don't," she siad, turning and crawling over to him a little.
She began tickling his own sides, wondering faintly if he himself was ticklish as well. She laughed slightly, it would be a great tool if he was.

His body spazzed when she tickled him "No...I'm terribly ticklish!" he said to her. He began to laugh and his body squirmed underneath her. He looked at her and managed to get away and hide.

Skinner laughed and stopped tickling, but still hovered over him, her head tilted. Skinner smiled a bit, shaking her head as she pulled away from Chris and sat back on her bended legs. "Ticklish, eh?" she siad after a moment to break the awkward silence. "You are dead, I hope you know."
She laughed again, leaning back against the makeshift cushion of the tent.

He looked at her "yea...my biggest weakness..." he sighed "Grrr.." he said. "Common you got to be ticklish somewhere" he said as he tickled her stomach knees and feet...trying to see her sweet spot. He looked at her and leaned back and looked up at the clouds at the orangey sky since hte sun would be setting to. "Did you ever wonder what it'd be like to live in a different time or place...be a differnt person?" he asked. "I think it's be fun..just for a day" he said.

Skinner laughed a little, but squirmed off his tickles, shaking her head at Chris. She wasn't particularly ticklish, but she had to admit sometimes that it got her. But he'd never find out where that was. She chuckled softly, relaxing again against the cushion and looking over at Chris when he spoke. She thought about it, chewing her lip a bit.
Skinner was silent for a long time, thinking of everything she'd gone through in Sydney. Everything that she ran from and hid from now, not that it would ever find her here. Not that anything besides the ngihtmares would get to her here. She looked down, her pink lips turning into a frown and she nodded, forcing a smile finally. "Yes," she said softly, looking back at Chris.

He looked at her with a smile. He looked at her as they both leaned back in the sand. He sighed and began to close his eyes to take a nap. He didn't think he'd fall a sleep so quickly, but he was out wihtin a few minutes sleeping like a baby. He always was cute when he slept. He was unconcious and didnt know anyone was around anymore. He simply slept in the sand and the sun.

Skinner watched him lull to sleep and she fell asleep herself, curled in the sand, rather close to Chris. He was rather cute when he slept, similar to Skinner's disposition when she clept. Her face lost all the harsh lines of her past and she held a soft edge to her face, something that never happened in real life.
Skinner's unconsciousness however brought with it uncerntanties. And nightmares.
