Yes, we all hate reading through them, but they’re necessary. Please don’t break them, ok?
General Board
1. Respect fellow role players. I don’t want to see any fighting on the boards. Common sense.
2. Don’t plagiarize. This should go without saying. Anything you write on this board should be your own, and includes information for canon characters.
3. Please don’t post in-character until you’ve been accepted. Using the OOC boards, however, is fine.
4. You may have as many characters as you can handle, but I'd like to keep it at a maximum of 2 of one type of character. Meaning, no more than 2 Others, 2 Fusies, etc.. You do need to keep all your accounts active, however.
5. Please, PLEASE don't spam the site, or the c-box. Use the Message in a Bottle forum for advertising. Any spam in the c-box will be deleted.
Roleplaying
1. Please write in third person, past tense. This means, instead of
write
2. Use your best spelling and grammar. I ask that all posts be a minimum of five sentences, please. It’s not so hard, I know you can do it! Feel free to challenge yourself to write more detailed posts.
3. No godmodding. You should never speak for another character—determine your own characters feelings, actions, words, and let other people do the same with theirs.
4. Let's keep it PG-13, okay?
5. When creating your character, do remember that not everyone is perfect. Every character has some flaws; think about the characters on the show. All of them have personality flaws, but that makes them more endearing. Please, no Mary Sues.
6. Flashbacks! You may make a flashback thread in any location that suits the location of your flashback. When make one, however, please put [FB] in the title of the thread so that we know it is on.
7. It would make us very happy if you'd PM one of the staff or post in the thread in the Lost Luggage forum when you've finished with a thread. That way we can move it to the archives and keep the place looking neat and shiny. We will never delete any roleplay posts made by members. If something gets moved to the archive but you wish to finish role playing in it, simply ask a staff member and they can move it back to the proper forum for you.
