Appearance
Eyes:Brown

Overall: Sayid’s appearance is far more different than the other survivors of Oceanic Flight 815. Sayid is not Caucasian, African-American, Korean, or Latino. Sayid’s appearance is more-like a Middle Eastern man. Sayid is of Middle Eastern ethnicity, he is from Iraq to be exact. Sayid stands about 5’9” a bit tall for his people and he has long brown hair that is either in a pony tail or let down. He prefers to let his hair down than place it in a pony-tail. He has a rather dark skin complexion, but that is simply because he is from the Middle East. His eyes are brown with a slight oval-shape complexion to them and he has a mustache of some sort that is very clean shaven and not messy like some
of his people tend to do. Sayid’s clothing choice at the moment is any pair of pants and a tank top.

Overall Personality:
It doesn't take a genius to understand where Sayid's loyalties lie, and it's not even with sides per say, to be more exact, his friends and family are whom he is diligently and unwaveringly faithful to. If one was to ask Sayid to take the fall for them, he may just very well do so, if only for the fact of how friendly he is and his general nature... but if you were to easily be recognized as a friend, Sayid wouldn't even question any form of motive behind why he was helping, and in that... he is rather susceptible to whom he befriends, but as such he only seems to completely attach himself in his own private means so as to not broadcast his vulnerabilities. Despite what Sayid may do to ensure himself to remain a sturdy person to rely on, he never seems to escape the toll of stress that such thing can take on him and usually lets them bottle up until a bursting point, though he also lets off the so called 'steam' through other means as to maintain his courteous and sincerely friendly mannerisms so that he can personally know he isn't just creating countless reasons to be bitter.
Overall carelessness is the name of the game here, ladies and gentlemen. Sayid doesn't care so very much that he's actually become fairly easy to manipulate, one of the few negatives there. Ask him for a favor and he just might do it, as long as he doesn't have something better to do. You can try to seduce him, it'll probably be funny to watch, but don't count on your attempts working. Insult the family name, yet again, he really won't mind much. For all those people who thrive on causing annoyance and tension in other people Sayid is the equivalent of Mr. Everest - he's a great goal, but he's probably unattainable.
Background[/u]
Family Members:
Hussien Jarrah
Rana Jarrah
Reason for Being in Sydney: Sayid was being blackmailed by the CIA to infiltrate a terrorist cell
Reason for Flying to LA: To find his childhood love, Nadia.
Character History:
Sayid Jarrah was born to Hussein and Rana Jarrah on October 13, 1967. Sayid was born in Tikrit, Iraq it was also the birthplace of a certain leader named Saddam. Sayid spent most of his childhood being tormented by a girl named Nadia. The only reason that he was tormented by her was because he didn’t give her enough attention. Apparently the two feel in love at some point, but it might have happened in their adult life. Sayid went to college at Cairo University in Egypt majoring in Communications and after graduating he became a member of the Iraqi Republican Guard as a Communications Officers, this is where he learned all of his interrogating skills that would probably come useful in his life outside of Iraq. During one interrogation he was forced to interrogate on his childhood friend, Nadia, she was apart of group of freedom fighters that were against Saddam’s regime. He killed one of his colleagues and shot himself in the leg letting Nadia go. Soon after that he would spend most of his adult life searching for Nadia who he had fallen in love with.
Years passed since Sayid let Iraq and he found himself in France as a Chef under the name ‘Najeev’. It wasn’t a great job because the people he was working for remembered him from years ago that he tortured his employer’s wife. He admitted that he was sorry and the wife forgives him and they released him. Sayid would soon go to England and before boarding a plane was captured by some agents working for the CIA and they blackmailed him into having him infiltrating a terrorist cell in Sydney and they would give him the whereabouts on Nadia. He did that task and was given a couple of tickets for the doomed flight 815 and has been accussed of bring the plane down, but is it really his fault?
