When you are nominating for this, the criteria can be whatever you think is important for an exceptional member of the site, but do keep in mind activity, attitude, etc. Remember, this is about members of the community, not the characters themselves.

Okay, new nomination! My nomination goes to Ana-Lucia Cortez because she was my first friend on this site. She immediately greeted me and we've became friends in a matter of days. She applied for Paulo, so that means I'm going to have someone to RP with. She's great all around and she would deserve this.
