October 2004 -- A week and half into the crash; day 10, you might say.
The tailsection survivors are now on the move. After their first contact with the Others, they decided they would be best served living the life a nomad, moving from place to place, keeping on their toes. They fear that staying in one place too long would mean that their kidnappers would return. What they don't understand is that it doesn't matter; if Others want to find them, they will. And for all their shortcomings, they are a formidible adversary.
The survivors from the front section of the plane consider on about their business, blissfully unaware of the presence of another group on this island they are slowly starting to call home. They are more or less beginning to give up on rescue, though they have had no more encounters with the mysterious "monster" they heard on their first night. They are also unaware that their fellows from the tail section are alive at all.
Meanwhile, back in the outside world, searches continue to find the missing Flight 815. But they'll never find it, not while it's on the island. At least, they won't find the real thing. But there are forces at work across the globe; forces that want to find that plane, but not let anyone else do so. I cannot disclose who these people are at this time. Know only that they are out there.
namaste.
